Polaroid 3: Finals

I was prepared for the difficulty of getting a really good shot with this film. I was prepared to waste all eight of my precious shots trying to figure out the camera and film. I was prepared for the clumsiness of using the Impossible Project film which is extremely susceptible to light and must be covered when it comes out of the camera.

I wasn’t prepared for what may have been the most fun I’ve ever had with a camera. These are far from being the best pictures ever taken but I find that I look at them more than almost any other pictures of mine.

Just like any other physical medium which has been digitized, it just feels better to hold it in your hand, immediately after creating it.
